When registering for workshops, be sure to indicate whether you plan to attend any of the conference activities so we can plan for appropriate levels of accommodations.

DEADLINES

Deadlines are effective at the close of the day (11:59PM) Pacific Standard Time (Oregon Time). If you encounter technical, system-related difficulties registering, please contact the ICTC via email to record your concerns BEFORE the deadline at ictc@ictcmidwives.org. No requests for exceptions will be honored after the deadline.

Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel. ICTC cannot be held responsible for natural disasters, labor strikes, acts of war or other events that may cause the conference to be rescheduled. ICTC, Inc., reserves the right to postpone the conference to another time and date and location if necessary. In the event of a conference postponement no refunds will be issued. Registrants can transfer their fees toward any other Black Midwives and Healers conference. ICTC reserves the right to substitute teachers and/or classes.
